with production resuming from 1st September 2026.

You can continue to browse and place orders through our website
during the break.

Our team will continue to check messages and respond to urgent

Production resumes 1st September
Orders received during the break will be scheduled into production
when the workshop reopens.

We’ll check your order information, engraving text,
quantities and any important dates.

Approve your artwork
Where required, we’ll send a visual so you can check
spelling, layout and engraving details before production.
Step 3
We complete your order
We’ll complete your order in-house with the same care
and attention we give every job.
Step 4
Collection or delivery
Once everything is ready, you can collect from our
Portsmouth showroom or choose delivery to your preferred address.

Will I receive an artwork visual before engraving?
Where artwork approval is required, we’ll prepare a visual
showing the proposed spelling, layout and engraving details
before production begins.
How long will my order take?
Our standard turnaround is usually 5-7 working days. Timing
can vary depending on the products, quantity, engraving and
artwork required.
Do you offer an express service?
Yes. An express service may be available depending on workshop
capacity and the products required. Tell us your deadline and
we’ll advise on the best option.
What happens if I need to change my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll confirm whether the
order has entered production and advise what changes can still
be made. Additional costs may apply once work has begun.
