Q – Can I have my order completed earlier than the date shown on my order confirmation?
A – Yes. Email us with your order number and the date required. We will let you know if this is possible or not.
Q – Can I include a logo or picture on my engraving?
A – Yes. After selecting your item, select the dropdown menu in section B Personalisation / Add Sport/Activity Motif
Q – Can I include multiple logos or pictures on my engraving?
A – Yes. Please email us for a quote.
Q – Can I see a mock up of what my order will be like?
A – Yes. Please email us with your order number and we can get this done for your approval prior to proceeding to production.
Q – I have seen an item in the catalogue section but cannot find this on your website. How do I order this item?
A – Email us with the item code and we will get back to you.
Q – I would like to order some giftware but cannot find this on your website.
A – Our giftware range is constantly changing but we have a wide range always on display at our showroom in North End, Portsmouth.
Q – Do you engrave items other than glass or metal.
A – Yes. We can engrave just about anything – even cheese!
Q – Can I have a discount on a bulk order?
A – Yes. We always try & accommodate your budget. Please contact us for more information.
Q – Do you do annual entry engraving?
A – Yes. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be done once you have brought your annuals to us.
Q – Can you engrave items brought to you?
A – Yes. We can engrave most things but probably best to contact us.
