Awards engraving ordering information
When will my order be ready?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 5–7 working days, although this can extend during particularly busy periods. We also offer express services for urgent orders where possible. If you are working to a deadline, our team will always advise on the most suitable options available.
Do you offer express engraving services?
Yes, we regularly help customers with urgent and last minute requirements. Our in-house engraving and production processes allow us to offer faster turnaround times on many products.
Can I place a last-minute trophy or awards order?
In many cases, yes. We understand that events, presentations and competitions can sometimes come together quickly. Our team will always do their best to recommend suitable engraved awards and realistic turnaround options to help meet your deadline.
Do you provide artwork visuals before production?
For glass engraving and selected personalised products, we provide artwork visuals for approval before production begins. This allows customers to carefully check names, dates, spelling, layouts and logos before engraving takes place.
What happens after I approve my artwork?
Once artwork has been approved, your order will move into production. We strongly recommend carefully checking all spelling, names, dates and layout details before approval, as approved artwork is used exactly as supplied for engraving and printing.
What information do I need before ordering engraved awards?
It’s helpful to have your engraving details, quantities, event dates and any logo artwork ready where possible. If you are unsure about anything, our team can guide you through the process and recommend suitable options for your event.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, we can supply everything from individual engraved awards through to larger quantity orders for schools, clubs, businesses and events.
Awards engraving and personalisation
What does in-house engraving mean?
All engraving is completed in-house by our experienced team rather than outsourced to third-party suppliers. This allows us to carefully manage quality, check artwork thoroughly and maintain reliable turnaround times throughout the production process.

What types of engraving do you offer?
We offer a range of engraving and personalisation services depending on the product. This includes trophy engraving on round and flat surfaces, glass award engraving, plaques, signage, medal engraving, engraved gifts and promotional product engraving.
Can you engrave company logos or club crests?
Yes, we can engrave or print logos, club crests and branding onto many trophies, awards, plaques and promotional products. Vector artwork is preferred where possible to help achieve the clearest and most professional finish.

Do you offer annual trophy engraving?
Yes, we provide annual engraving services for schools, clubs, universities and organisations looking to update existing trophies, shields, plates and salvers each year.
Can schools and clubs bring back trophies each year for updating?
Absolutely. Many of our customers return annually to have existing trophies and awards professionally updated with new winners, dates and event details.
Do you keep engraving records for repeat customers?
Where possible, yes. Keeping previous engraving information on file can help make repeat ordering quicker, more organised and more accurate for returning customers.
Can I reorder the same awards again in the future?

Engraving customer supplied items
Can you engrave items I already own?
In many cases, yes. We can engrave a wide range of customer supplied items including trophies, plaques, glassware and gifts. Over the years, we’ve also engraved more unusual items including bells, champagne bottles and even cheese.
What types of items can be engraved?
We can engrave a wide variety of items depending on the material, size and available engraving area. If you are unsure whether your item is suitable, our team will be happy to advise.
Can you engrave fragile or valuable items?
In many cases, yes. However, suitability can depend on the material, shape and condition of the item supplied. If you have a delicate or valuable item, we recommend speaking with our team before engraving takes place.
Caring for existing awards
Do you offer trophy cleaning services?
Yes, we offer trophy cleaning and refurbishment services for selected awards and trophies.
Can old trophies be restored or refurbished?
In many cases, yes. Depending on the condition of the trophy, this may include polishing, replacing engraving plates, updating fittings and bases or improving overall presentation.
Can tarnished trophies be professionally cleaned?
Yes, many trophies and metal awards can be professionally cleaned and refreshed to help improve their appearance for continued presentation use.
Receiving your order
Do you deliver engraved awards nationwide?
Yes, we supply and deliver trophies, medals and engraved awards to customers across the UK.
Can awards be delivered directly to an event venue?
Yes, where required, we can arrange delivery directly to schools, venues, offices or event locations. Please ensure delivery details and timing requirements are confirmed when placing your order.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, collection is available from our showroom once your order is ready. Our team will notify you by email when your order is available for collection. Our showroom is open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding bank holidays and festive periods.
How are trophies and awards packaged?
Awards are carefully prepared and packaged to help protect them during transit and presentation. Particular care is taken with engraved glass awards and fragile items.
Choosing the right awards

What artwork file types do you accept?
Vector artwork files such as AI, EPS or PDF are preferred where available, although we can often work with high-resolution PNG or JPEG files depending on the application.
Can you help if I don’t have artwork ready?
Yes, our in-house artwork team can often help vectorise logo artwork where required. Artwork can then be kept on file to help make future ordering quicker and more consistent.

Can you create bespoke trophy bases or replacement bases?
Yes, we can help create bespoke trophy bases and replacement wooden bases for a wide range of awards and presentation pieces. We work alongside experienced specialist craftsmen to produce custom bases in varying sizes, heights and finishes to suit individual requirements.
This service is particularly useful for older trophies, perpetual awards, presentation cups and trophies that require additional engraving space or restoration work.
